Merchandiser (MD supervisor)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from the beginning of orders to post-sale.
• Collaborate with customers throughout the entire sample process until sample approval.
• Review approved samples to coordinate material orders with the purchasing department.
• Follow up with each department on pending materials to avoid delays in ordering.
• Analyze the Bill of Materials (BOM), calculate material requirements, and issue Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers.
• Coordinate with the production team and suppliers (yarn and carton) to manage any delays in the estimated time of arrival (ETA) of materials.
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely shipments.
• Work closely with the Manager to implement any necessary changes or improvements for the benefit of the company and the team.
• Update reports regularly.
• Others managerial roles will be discussed during the interview.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the BOD

• At least 5 years of experience in Merchandising (MD), specifically working with buyers.
• Knitting/textile/garment… is preferred.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Positive work attitude, good listening skills, eagerness to learn, and commitment to work
• English is required.
