Merchandiser

- Input order information into ERP
- Work with Production team to make sure orders are finished on time
- Follow up and tracking order status from beginning to end
- Controlling and solving all problems related to order's progress
- Follow up the delivery and customer's payment
- Other tasks

• Good communication skills in English (preferably applicable in a professional work environment).

• Experience in the textile and garment industry, especially in production management or sales positions.

• Proficient in computer skills, with the ability to use ERP systems or other manufacturing-related software.

• Flexible and responsive communication skills, with strong negotiation ability to meet job demands effectively.
