Merchandiser

A. Job Responsibilities

· Be responsible for product allocation to stores. 

· Perform product analysis, selection, and purchasing based on monthly and quarterly targets in accordance with the OTB (Open-to-Buy) plan. 

· Monitor inventory and manage stock rotation between stores based on sales performance, sell-through rate, and stock levels to optimize product assortment, reduce slow-moving items, and minimize excess inventory. 

· Be responsible for coordinating import and customs clearance procedures and other related matters to ensure products are launched in the market on time. 

· Implement promotional activities, manage gross profit, and optimize product assortment and in-store merchandising based on the product life cycle. 

· Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales analysis and other relevant analyses; develop product, inventory, and sales strategies based on insights and drive effective strategy implementation.

B. Job Requirements

· 1-3 years of experience in Merchandising

. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or other related fields.

· Mandatory background in fashion/retail

· Advanced Excel skills (analysis & forecasting)

· Good English (Chinese is a plus)

· Proactive and able to work under pressure

· Willing to travel frequently
