Microbiology Technician - Pharmaceutical - VSIP 1

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Chức năng công việc chính/ Primary Job Function:

o   Lập kế hoạch lấy mẫu nước, khí nén, môi trường, các tiện ích khác theo qui định của SOP/ Plan for sampling water, compressed air, environment, and other utilities according to SOP regulations.

o   Lấy mẫu nước, Lấy mẫu khí nén, Lấy mẫu giám sát môi trường/ Water sampling, Compressed air sampling/ Environmental monitoring sampling

o   Báo cáo xu hướng nước, môi trường, khí nén và các tiện khác/ Report trends in water, environment, compressed air and other utilities

o   Theo dõi, vận hành thiết bị phòng vi sinh/ Follow, operate the equipment of microbiology lab

o   Thử nghiệm vi sinh mẫu nguyên liệu, bao bì, nước, bán thành phẩm, thành phẩm/ Microbial testing the samples such as raw material, packaging, water, semi-product, product.

o   Ghi chép hồ sơ, biểu mẫu, báo cáo kết quả vi sinh/ Record documents, formats and reports of microbial testing results

o   Báo cáo hóa chất, chất chuẩn/ Report chemicals and standards

o   Pha chế hóa chất, môi trường sử dụng trong phòng kiểm nghiệm/ Preparation of chemicals, environmental use in the laboratory

o   Tham gia soạn thảo SOP/ Participate in preparing SOPs

o   Kiểm tra chéo hồ sơ kiểm nghiệm và các sổ nhật kí với các kiểm nghiệm viên khác/ Double check the analytical documentation and the logbook.

o   Hỗ trợ hiệu chuẩn các thiết bị kiểm nghiệm/ Support calibration of analytical equipment.

o   Thực hiện các công việc theo sự phân công của phụ trách/ trưởng phòng/ Perform the duties as the asign of quality control supervisor/ manager.

Trách nhiệm công việc cốt lỗi/ Core Job Responsibilities:

o   Lập kế hoạch lấy mẫu nước, khí nén, môi trường, các tiện ích khác theo qui định của SOP/ Plan for sampling water, compressed air, environment, and other utilities according to SOP regulations.

o   Lấy mẫu nước, lấy mẫu khí nén, lấy mẫu giám sát môi trường/ Water sampling, compressed air sampling/ environmental monitoring sampling

o   Báo cáo xu hướng nước, môi trường, khí nén và các tiện khác/ Report trends in water, environment, compressed air and other utilities

Trách nhiệm/ phạm vi vị trí/ Position Accountability/Scope:

o   Giám sát vi sinh môi trường, hệ thống nước và các tiện ích của nhà máy/ Environment monitoring, water system and other utilities of the site

o   Hỗ trợ hiệu chuẩn các thiết bị kiểm nghiệm/ Support calibration of analytical equipment.

HỌC VẤN TỐI THIỂU/ MINIMUM EDUCATION

o   Đại học trở lên ngành Sinh học hoặc các ngành liên quan/ Bachelor or higher in Biology or relevant others

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/ TRAINING REQUIRED

o   Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại phòng vi sinh ít nhất 1 năm/ Have experience working in a microbiology department for at least 1 year
