Job Description
Our mortgage broking network is seeking for Broker support Staff with strong financial background (banking, finance, accounting major), to help our brokers with processes loan applications, customer services, debt collection, loan documentation.
Main duties include:
• Prepare loan applications and Data entry, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work alongside Mortgage Broker to process loan application and submit Apply Online, lodge application to lender recommended by Mortgage Broker
• Collect supporting documents, ensure bank statements are in correct dates, and submit loan applications while ensuring the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents.
• Efficiently manage client data within CRM systems, navigating the loan portal 'Apply Online' for application submissions.
• Verify documentation for accuracy, validity, and compliance with policies and legislation, ensuring thorough understanding of loan products and policies.
• Interact with customers to obtain all required deal information.
• Action missing information and conditional approval lender requests.
• Communicating with customers, Buyers Agents and Conveyancers to update them on the status of applications up until Settlement.
• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
• Other tasks as assigned by the client or team leader
• WORKING HOUR: 5:30 AM -2:30 PM (From Mon to Fri), Sat: Working from home
• On-site

• A finance background or accounting background is preferred.
