MRO Buyer (12 months)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented MRO Buyer to join our procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials related to maintenance, repair, and operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the availability of essential supplies while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of MRO products and services.
• Conduct negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors.
• Manage purchase orders from requisition through delivery; ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (maintenance teams, engineering departments) to understand their needs.
• Develop relationships with key suppliers

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience as a buyer/purchaser in an MRO environment or similar electronics industry
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting vendor relationships.
• Proficient in using procurement software/systems as well as Microsoft Office 360 (Excel proficiency is essential).

Preferred:

• Knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
