Assembly Process improvement – in term of cost reduction, standard time and through put time.
Troubleshooting of the machine/ equipment/ material/ parts problem; recommend & implement preventive measures.
Prepare and update process check sheet, process manual, work instruction
Assembly units testing simulator design for in-house and external.
Processing of Engineering Change Order (ECO) and maintain the Production Bill-of Material (BOM) in SAP system.
Prepare Part Defective Report (PDR), Engineering Change Request (ECR), Special Part Report (SPR), investigate and prepare the Defective Investigate Report (DIR).
Assist NPR team in new machine model prototype building.
Prepare Service New Flash (SNF) related to production issue
Support ISO and OSHA activities.

Degree from University with manjor Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.
English: Strong Intermediate level
Having at least 4 - 5 years as in machine assembly/ Machining processes in manufacturing companies.
Strong experience in electrical issues for equipment and machinery in factory.
Knowledge of CAD tools like Solid Works and Auto CAD
