- Requesting approval for location status maps for land plots of Phu My Hung and the subsidiaries.

- Separating, issuing, and updating land use rights certificates, house ownership rights, and other assets attached to land for PMH and the subsidiaries.

- Confirming project eligibility for issuing land use rights certificates, house ownership rights, and other assets attached to land for customers.

- Requesting the issuance of land use rights certificates, house ownership rights, and other assets attached to land for customers.

- Submitting documents and liaising with relevant government agencies to determine additional financial obligations for projects due to changes in planning indicators.

- Experience working for real estate companies (Open for fresher)

- Bachelor Degree of Law, Economics Law
- Good relationship & working with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the City Land Registration Office is a plus
- Office computing (proficient in Word and Excel)
- Communication skill
