As the agent for Evergreen Line in Vietnam.

• We are now seeking responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented Customer Service member to join our growing team in Hochiminh Office. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships with our customer, ensure customer satisfaction and all terms conditions being met. Candidates should be good at English. Friendly-professional attitude and teamwork is essential to success in this role.

  Daily Responsibilities shall be described in the interview.

Education & Background

• Bachelor's degree from a  college or university

• Preferred majors:  Maritime Studies, International Trade, Import/Export, Business Administration, Logistics

Skills & Competencies

******  Working experience is not requried. Fresh graduate is welcome *********

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Good in English

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Professional and friendly communication style

• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude

• Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting agreed terms and conditions
