NHÂN VIÊN HÀNH CHÍNH - NHÂN SỰ / HR-GA STAFF

• To handle payroll, bonuses, taxes, and employee insurance.

• To be in charge of recruitment, training for new employees.

• To prepare WP, TRC, Visa for Expats.

• To participate in organizing the events at the Company, welcoming customers/partners.

• To control contractor staffs such as drivers, cleaners, and security guards.

• Other tasks as directed by superiors.

• Update Law related job/ISO and other job assigned from Managers

• Working address: Opal Tower, 92 Nguyen Huu Canh, Thanh My Tay Ward , Ho Chi Minh City (Binh Thanh)

• University Degree
• Good health, have knowledge about Law, Labour Law
• Experience at least 2~3 years in an equivalent position.
• Skill: English skills, negotiation, communication…
