Account Receivable accountant

1. Check and Send Debit note/ Credit note to local/ oversea customer and issue , adjustment, replacement e invoice via Misa , ensure e-invoice issue according to e-invoice law, tax law .

2. Management Aging report , Follow and chase outstanding with Sales/Cs/ Ops dept , ensure collection on time according to Economic contract , agreement

3. Management customer profile , do the registration new customer into system .

3. Report monthly : AR report, e-invoice report, Revenue report, Shipment Report

4. Upkeep accounting book and accounting documents relating as assignment.

5. Accounting record into the company system.

6. Support for VAT report , internal report monthly / yearly

- College / University in Financial/ Accounting

- Age 22-27

- Experience at least 01 year in logisitcs field 

- Familiar with Misa software 

- Carefully, Honest, Hard and clearly working, eager to learn
