Nhân viên khai thác cảng/ Operation Staff

1.           Handle vessel inbound and outbound at HCM Area.

      1.1.       Making discharge/loading list services.

      1.2.       Summarize total conts (export list) will be exported (including partner if have)

      1.3.       Send discharge/loading list to terminal.

      1.4.       Working with HQ and terminal about the stowage plan.

      1.5.       Receive data files from the terminal and process (cont wrong,  cont is not in the export list, ETC…)

      1.6.       Handle the temperature of reefer cont, contact cus/sale for the information.

      1.7.       Handle problems arising during ship operation at the port

2.           Working with Terminals and Agent directly in daily jobs.

3.           Handle with concerned party if occur any problem, incidents (Including outside working hours).

- Graduated from Maritimes, Sea Economics and Navigation, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Logistic/Transportation

- Required language(s): English

- Minimum of 1 year experience working in shipping line is priority.

- Full-Time position(s) available.

- Good communication, negotiation and customer persuasion skills.

- Having sense of responsibility, good in teamwork
