- Works closely with suppliers, manufacturing, R&D, and customers to prevent defects, improve yield, and support mass production.

- Conduct quality inspections and root cause analyses to resolve production issues.

- Collaborate with customer, suppliers to improve material performance and compliance with specifications

- Implement quality standards and provide training to internal teams.

- Monitor and document process improvements, reducing defects.

- Maintain clear communication with international partners.

- Bring up the tester, tools, Jigs and ensure the testing results are accurate.

- Build the SOP for inspection

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply chain/Industrial management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a focus on materials management, production planning, or coordination.

- Statistical Process Control (SPC)

- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

- ISO 9001 & 14001 Standards

- Six Sigma Methodologies

- Strong knowledge Tools/Jigs design (Cad, Fusion, Solidworks)

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Marco), and related tools

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Communication skills

- Fluent in Enlish 3ppls

- Fluent in Chinese 1ppls

- Skills in creating reports using PowerPoint and presentation.
