Thực hiện kiểm tra chất lượng nguyên vật liệu đầu vào (IQC) và thành phẩm đầu ra (OQC) theo tiêu chuẩn công ty.
Perform incoming quality control (IQC) and outgoing quality control (OQC) inspections in accordance with company standards.
Sử dụng các thiết bị kiểm tra như kính hiển vi, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), X-ray để phát hiện lỗi sản phẩm.
Utilize inspection equipment such as microscopes, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), and X-ray systems to identify product defects.
Đánh giá và phân loại lỗi, đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng yêu cầu kỹ thuật và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
Evaluate and classify defects to ensure products meet technical requirements and quality standards.
Ghi nhận kết quả kiểm tra, lập báo cáo và cập nhật dữ liệu chất lượng.
Record inspection results, prepare reports, and maintain quality data records.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (Sản xuất, Kỹ thuật) để xử lý lỗi và cải tiến chất lượng.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering) to resolve issues and drive quality improvements.
Tuân thủ các quy trình kiểm soát chất lượng và quy định an toàn trong nhà máy.
Follow quality control procedures and comply with safety regulations in the manufacturing environment.

Có 1–3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kiểm tra chất lượng (QC) trong ngành điện tử/SMT/PCBA.
1–3 years of experience in quality inspection (QC) within electronics/SMT/PCBA environments.
Có kiến thức về tiêu chuẩn IPC-A-610 là một lợi thế.
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards is a plus.
Có khả năng sử dụng các thiết bị kiểm tra như microscope, AOI hoặc X-ray.
Hands-on experience with inspection equipment such as microscopes, AOI, or X-ray systems.
Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
Có thể làm việc theo ca khi cần.
Willingness to work in shifts when required.
