Job description
1. Actively seek out new business opportunities and grow the client data to achieve ambitious sales goals.
2. Participating in Sales and Marketing activities such as: sales call, business negotiations, quotations, operation, tracking the service process, collecting payment.
3. Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities, maintain positive relationships with clients for future business ventures.
4. Developing and implement improvements to products, service delivery, and process efficiency and quality.
5. Carry the group sales revenue and profit targets in line with the budget for the market.
6. Monitoring market trends and provide insights to the management.
7. Completing HERP system workflow.
8. Other work assigned.
1.. Proficiency in English
2. Bachelor’s degree, ideally in tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to effectively pitch and develop new business opportunities.
4. Previous experience working in international or multicultural environments is highly valued.
5. Professional and friendly manners in E-mail writing, phone calling, and in-person interactions.
6. Competent in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
