1. Sales & Market Development
- Prospect for and qualify potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals with international customers
- Manage customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
2. Strategy & Reporting
- Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned export markets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
3. Compliance & Logistics
- Ensure export and import regulation compliance.
- Prepare and handle export documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth shipments.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong passion for sales, with perseverance and a deep, genuine drive to succeed in selling.
At least 2 years of experience in international sales. A strong interest in the beauty and cosmetics industry is a plus.
Working with 100% international clients, therefore fluency in English is required, with proficiency in all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Total income: VND 12–20 million, including performance-based bonuses and salary increases. Performance is evaluated monthly, with monthly bonuses based on individual capability and results.
