• Thương lượng và trao đổi với khách hàng về giá cả, chất lượng sản phẩm, thời gian giao hàng và các vấn đề liên quan. Phụ trách thị trường Đài Loan và Trung Quốc.
• Thực hiện báo giá, kiểm tra tình trạng tồn kho và phối hợp với Bộ phận Logistics để sắp xếp lịch giao hàng, đảm bảo đáp ứng yêu cầu của khách hàng.
• Chuẩn bị, soạn thảo hợp đồng mua bán và các chứng từ liên quan theo yêu cầu của L/C.
• Theo dõi, tổng hợp và báo cáo số liệu bán hàng, kế hoạch bán hàng hàng tháng và các báo cáo khác theo yêu cầu của Bộ phận.
• Thăm và làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng; phối hợp, hỗ trợ TSC Team trong công tác chăm sóc và duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng.
• Phối hợp tổ chức các buổi hội thảo, triển lãm và sự kiện giới thiệu sản phẩm nhằm quảng bá sản phẩm và phát triển thương hiệu Công ty.

• Negotiate with customers regarding pricing, product quality, delivery schedules, and other related matters. Responsible for the Taiwan and China markets.

• Prepare and draft sales contracts and other relevant documents in accordance with L/C requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, International Economics, Chinese Language, Business Administration, Logistics, Import-Export, or other related fields.
