Mô tả Công việc

A. Customer & Order Management
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
  • Receive customer inquiries and provide consulting on suitable products/services in line with textile and garment industry standards.
  • Manage the full order lifecycle from quotation → order placement → production → delivery → after-sales service.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Service, Planning, Production, Engineering, QC) to ensure timelines are met.
  • Handle and resolve all order-related issues until completion.
B. Quotation – Contract – Negotiation
  • Prepare quotations and submit for internal approval before sending to customers.
  • Participate in negotiating commercial and service terms with customers.
  • Clearly explain contract terms and conditions to customers prior to signing.
  • Monitor contract validity and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
C. Customer & Market Development
  • Identify and approach potential customers within assigned segments.
  • Research textile and garment industry trends; update market demands to propose product/customer development strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing/Brand team (if applicable) to provide market insights and customer needs.
D. Customer Service & Complaint Handling
  • Act as the main contact point for receiving and coordinating customer complaints with relevant departments.
  • Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and provide timely feedback to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
E. Reporting & Other Tasks
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on progress, sales performance, and order forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the system.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Fluent in English for business communication. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred - Communication & Presentation
