🔹 MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC / JOB DESCRIPTION

VN:

• Vận hành và điều chỉnh máy đúc nhựa (máy ép phun) theo tiêu chuẩn sản xuất.
• Cài đặt các thông số: nhiệt độ, áp suất, tốc độ phun, thời gian phun, thời gian giữ áp, thời gian làm nguội...
• Lắp đặt, tháo lắp và điều chỉnh khuôn ép nhựa.
• Xử lý các lỗi phát sinh trong quá trình ép nhựa như: thiếu nhựa, ba via, cháy nhựa, cong vênh, co rút, sai kích thước, màu sắc không đồng đều...
• Thực hiện setup máy, chạy thử khuôn và điều chỉnh điều kiện ép khi chuyển mã sản phẩm.
• Theo dõi tình trạng máy móc, phát hiện bất thường và báo cáo khi cần sửa chữa, bảo trì.
• Hướng dẫn công nhân vận hành máy
• Thực hiện các công việc kỹ thuật khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

  Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, injection speed, injection time, holding pressure time, and cooling time.

  Install, remove, and adjust injection molds.

  Troubleshoot injection molding defects such as short shots, flash, burn marks, warpage, shrinkage, dimensional deviations, and uneven coloring.

  Perform machine setup, mold trials, and molding condition adjustments when changing product models.

  Monitor machine conditions, identify abnormalities, and report any repair or maintenance requirements.

  Guide and instruct machine operators on proper machine operation.

  Perform other technical duties as assigned by the supervisor.

🔹 YÊU CẦU / REQUIREMENTS

VN:

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học (Cơ khí, Điện – Điện tử hoặc liên quan).
• Có kinh nghiệm vận hành/điều chỉnh máy ép phun nhựa.
• Hiểu cơ bản về khuôn ép nhựa, vật liệu nhựa và quy trình injection molding.
• Có khả năng xử lý các lỗi sản phẩm trong quá trình ép.
• Biết đọc thông số kỹ thuật, bản vẽ hoặc tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm là lợi thế.
• Có khả năng làm việc theo ca.
• Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, cẩn thận và khả năng xử lý sự cố nhanh.

• Sẵn sàng đi công tác.
• Tiếng Anh bắt buộc( giao tiếp trong công việc)
• Có bằng lái xe.

EN:

  Graduated from a college or university with a major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

  Have experience in operating and adjusting plastic injection molding machines.

  Have basic knowledge of injection molds, plastic materials, and the injection molding process.

  Ability to troubleshoot and resolve product defects during the injection molding process.

  Knowledge of reading technical specifications, drawings, or product standards is an advantage.

  Willing to work in shifts.

  Responsible, careful, and able to respond quickly to technical problems.

  Willing to travel for business trips.

  English is required for work-related communication.

  Valid driver's license required.
