Mô tả Công việc

Administration & Documentation

  • Receive, distribute, archive, and maintain company documents.
  • Prepare and draft administrative documents, reports, announcements, meeting minutes.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accurate record management for HR Department.

Office Operations

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, uniforms, equipment, and other office necessities.
  • Prepare workstations, equipment, and supplies for new employees.

Vendor Management

  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers, including internet, utilities, courier services, and office suppliers.
  • Manage Canteen and company transportation 
  • Ensure vendor services are delivered efficiently and in compliance with company requirements.
  • Manage and clearly record vendor service, payment and budget.

Payment & Cost Administration

  • Verify and compile invoices and supporting documents.
  • Process payment requests for office-related expenses, vendors, and service providers.
  • Maintain records of administrative expenses and monitor budget utilization.

Attendance Record

  • In charge of time keeping record daily/weekly and monthly 
  • Making monthly Overtime and leave reports 

HR Administration Support

  • Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Assist with maintaining employee records and HR documents.
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Administration, HR Administration, or a similar role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and service-minded.
  • Good English communication skills
