NHÂN VIÊN TÍNH GIÁ THÀNH (COSTING STAFF)

Key Responsibilities:

• Standard Cost Management:  Establish and maintain a standard cost database; monitor and update standard costs, and propose selling prices.
• Management Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present standard cost analysis reports to support management decision-making.
• New Product Development (NPD) Support: Collaborate with the Design Department and NPD team to determine costs for new products;
  support the evaluation of new products and machinery/equipment investments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or College degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in costing, cost accounting, or cost analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
