Operate the plant safely and stably under the supervision of the Shift Leader.
Perform operation and control of production equipment.
Conduct daily inspections of production equipment, record results, and report any abnormalities to the Shift Leader.
Operate and adjust equipment using the Distributed Control System (DCS).
Respond to equipment abnormalities and carry out necessary corrective actions.
Handle chemical liquid receiving and discharging operations for production equipment.
Assist in preparation and restart operations related to maintenance work on equipment.
Participate in emergency response activities (e.g., leakage, fire, explosion) under the direction of the site commander.
Comply with laws and regulations related to chemical substance handling.
Use and manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriately.
Participate in 5S activities to maintain workplace organization and cleanliness.
Graduated from a vocational or college program majoring in Electricity, Mechanics, or Automation.
Experience working as an operator in a manufacturing plant.
Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked at chemical companies.
Experience working in a three-shift (rotating shift) system – preferred.
Experience in operating and managing production equipment using a Distributed Control System (DCS) – preferred.
Ability to operate production equipment such as pumps and blowers.
Strong observation skills to detect abnormalities during routine patrols.
Communication skills for effective teamwork.
PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following certificates:
Valid Fire Safety Training Certificate
Valid Environmental Safety Training Certificate
Valid Hazardous Chemical Handling Training Certificate
