MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC

Working independently with general direction from the Senior Engineer, the Lab Technician (Custom & Shipping)’s primary duty is to coordinate the logistic and custom of Test Lab to arrange the required material, fixture, equipment, machine following the request on time as well as ship to Global Team.

TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ QUYỀN HẠN

- Control PO, contract and release CIF & RF for shipping.

- Control the customs waste & handle customs document.

- Coordinate logistic when ship or receive with Global Team.

- Control consignment material at the supplier.

- Plan and coordinate the weekly/daily material delivery and work with supplier to ensure material readiness to serve for project.

- Handle CB Form goods.

YÊU CẦU

Học vấn : Bachelor of Business Administration / Trading / Logistic or relevant.

Kinh nghiệm : At least 1 year for Shipping & Custom in Multinational Corporation is refer.

Kiến thức : Have a specialized knowledge of Logistic, Custom.

Kỹ năng chuyên môn : Good at Time Management, Document Control, Microsoft Software, Communication Skill. Reading & Writing in English.
