Mô tả Công việc

Compliance with company ISO requirements when executing tasks (9001, 13485)
Work with the Project Coordinator/Production/ Customer to execute the NPI or Technical topics
Determine product specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies
Develop prototype design according to required techniques and manufacturing processes
In charge of the transition of design prototypes into cost-efficient and high-volume products
Coordinate with R&D/ New Products Development groups to develop strategies for new products
Provide engineering support for all activities in the product development process
Monitor operations of the product and evaluate the design, and ensure a good yield of 99%
Prepare product status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions, and file all records
Monitor the timeline of the Technical project/ NPI project and customer needs
Analyze and recommend improvements to all production processes and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement
Design new manufacturing process requirements
Prepare a plan for all NPI projects and coordinate with all departments, and ensure a good quality product
Assist the Production department and manage communication across all departments
Administer efficient first release products
Ensure compliance with all ECO procedures and work instructions
Provide technical support to SCM for all RFQ initiatives and administer effective use of outsourced products
Analyze and recommend corrective action in case of any design failure
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
Maintain product and company reputation by complying with customer requirements
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Coordinate with senior management and maintain knowledge of product status, and prepare appropriate reports
Other tasks assigned by superior
Report to Operations Manager, based in the US

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the CNC machining industry
Experience in Mastercam, Solidwork
Designs and develops CNC programs, tooling, documentation and work holding fixtures to support manufacturing
Work independently in a team environment
Take pride in workmanship and possess a positive team-oriented attitude
Read blueprints, tooling, and S/U instructions, and standard charts for specifications
Understand GD&T and SPC requirements
English is a must
Experience in Technical and NPI, product development, and products transfer.
Able to drive and perform order fulfilment
Mechanically inclined
Broad-based knowledge of manufacturing processes, industry best practices.
Resourceful, initiative, and can work without supervision, taking responsibilities and accountability of the project/ product assigned.
