Oder Processing Officer

1. Order handling from getting order from our customer to closing this order. Handling in ERP System
2. Preparing of delivery schedules and scenarios
3. continuous order monitoring and providing updates to our customer
4. Holding teams meetings/ telephone conferences with our customer
5. Control Inventory Supply to Production line
6. Coordinate the associated document review and approval process to meet the target timeline, in collaboration with Quality Operation, Technical Operation and Manufacturing
7. Maintain database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents
8. Other assigned tasks assigned by Direct supervision

BA in Supply Chain Management or equivalent

2-3 years’ experience in materials management related field.

Knowledge Required

1.      Order handling in a ERP system

2.      Clearly understand new and current Order processing department tools and processes

3.      Continually evaluate the current processes and tools to determine their ability to meet the department’s business needs

4.      Knowledge of interrelationships in the supply chain

5.      Knowledge about production processes

6.      Experience with production companies

7.      Develop and facilitate specialized training as needed

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced PC skills, with emphasis on spreadsheet skills and ERP/MRP experience (MS Office and SAP desirable)
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills. (English must have)
3. Strong analytic, project management and applied statistical skills
4. Strong problem solving and negotiation skills are a must
