Role Overview: As part of the restructuring of our Ho Chi Minh City office, we are seeking a new team member to strengthen our back-office functions.
This position will primarily support office operations through administrative and management tasks, ensuring that the sales team can operate smoothly and efficiently.

​​Key Responsibilities:

  • Basic accounting tasks (bank transfers, cash management, payroll processing, etc.)

  • Communication and document coordination with the Japan headquarters (in English)

  • Simple communication and coordination with customers and business partners (in Vietnamese and English)

  • General administrative duties (office supplies management, product sample management, mail handling, etc.)

  • Maintaining and organizing the office environment

  • Administrative support for the sales team (preparation and management of quotations, invoices, contracts, etc.)

  • Liaison with the office landlord/building management regarding contracts and related matters

  • Communication and procedural support with government authorities regarding social insurance, tax matters, and related administrative procedures

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Able to handle administrative tasks accurately and carefully

  • Enjoys supporting team members and contributing behind the scenes

  • Able to work proactively by consulting and coordinating with supervisors in Japan rather than waiting for instructions

  • Communicates clearly and practices proper reporting, communication, and consultation

  • Works well in a team environment

  • Interested in long-term, stable employment

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic PC skills (Word, Excel)

  • Ability to communicate in English for business purposes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative roles

  • Experience working at a Japanese company

  • Knowledge of trade and import/export operations

  • Experience assisting with accounting tasks

  • Willingness to expand responsibilities and take on new challenges
