Hwaseung Vina is looking for dynamic and motivated candidates for Office Staff positions. Successful candidates will be assigned to suitable departments based on recruitment needs and individual qualifications, including:
PDM, Costing, BOM, Purchasing, Import-Export, HR, GA and other office functions.

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations and departmental administration.
• Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and data management tasks.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and overseas partners in English.
• Handle documentation, follow up schedules, and support project coordination.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by the department manager.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from College/University or above.
• Good English communication skills are mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Active, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
