Be in charge of preparation and operation of training activities, including but not limited to:
- Procedure services for trainers, participants and related members
- Training resources (rooms, materials, facilities, teabreak...) and other operational support
Be in charge of making training report & follow-up activities to elevate training's return on investment Compliance:
- Be in charge of maintaining dynamic training-related database on HRMS, Learning Management System (LMS).
- Be in charge of preparation and operation of internship program.
Support in executing the annual and specific training activities/programs, including but not limited to:
- Orientation Training & related onboarding process
- Professional & technical training
- Motivation Training Competency-based training
- Competency-based training
- Japan Culture
- Experience Program
- DX training
Support other activities in the Department/Section as assigned by superiors.
