Mô tả Công việc

THE ROLE: WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an Operations Executive with a business-driven mindset, you will oversee the efficiency and profitability of our retail chain.

  • Multi-Unit Management: Ensure all outlets operate consistently in accordance with company standards, brand identity, and strategic objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-store retail aspects, including manpower allocation, staff motivation, and inventory control across the chain.
  • Business Growth: Drive sales figures by analyzing store performance and optimizing operational flows to maximize efficiency.
  • P&L Awareness: Monitor operational costs and implement solutions to improve bottom-line profitability.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain and audit product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards across all locations.
  • Market Expansion: Proactively identify and evaluate potential strategic locations for new retail outlets.
  • Strategic Reporting: Perform high-level tasks and reporting as assigned by the Board of Management (BOM).
  • Proven experience in site sourcing, market appraisal, and lease negotiation for F&B expansion.
  • Perform other related assigned tasks by BOM.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENTS: WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in F&B multi-unit/chain management.
  • Business Mindset: Strong commercial awareness with a "results-oriented" approach.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret operational data and sales reports to make informed decisions.
  • Personality: Mature, independent, and possessing a proactive "can-do" attitude.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with professional proficiency in English or Mandarin (Spoken & Written).
  • Reporting Line: Direct reporting line to the expatriate Director (requiring clear, confident cross-cultural professional communication.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel domestically and overseas as required
