Operation Manager (Industrial Boilers)

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Operation Manager (Industrial Boilers, ID 21225):

• Production Management: Oversee and optimize the entire production process for industrial boilers, heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs), and welded structures to meet delivery timelines and budget targets.

• Technical Leadership: Guide the technical and engineering teams in manufacturing design, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes and finished products strictly adhere to international engineering standards (ASME, AWS).

• Resource Allocation: Manage workforce planning, machinery utilization, and raw material workflows on the production floor.

• Safety & Standards: Enforce strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations within the workshop and production areas.

• Gender: Male / Female

• Age: 35 – 45 years old

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical field.

• Experience: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in an equivalent management role focusing on production and technical engineering.

  • Proven track record and deep hands-on experience in industrial boilers, heat recovery systems, and heavy welding structures.

• Technical Knowledge: Highly familiar with ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) and AWS (American Welding Society) codes and standards.

• Language Skills: Fluent/Proficient in either Chinese OR English (both written and spoken) for technical communication and reporting.
