Manage the appointment booking system for customers (including the contacts, appointment schedules, treatment services, …) effectively to optimize the clinic’s operational productivity while ensuring the best experience for guests and products at the Clinic;
Handling all phone calls to the clinic;
Scheduling appointments for clients in the CRM and maintaining them as required;
Welcoming guests to the clinic, responding to their inquiries;
College/University degree with a major in Business Administration, Hospitality, English, or any related field;
1 year of experience in Front desk, Customer Service, Telesales,… Preference will be given to those with work experience in Hospitality services, skincare centers, and beauty salons;
Confident in communicating with clients in English;
