Operation Specialist (Product Support)

Responsibilities

Obtain quotations from suppliers and ensure timely, accurate communication

Review import requirements and support customs clearance processes

Place orders and track logistics status to ensure on-time delivery

Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners

Support operational improvements and contribute to project execution

Prior internship, project, or extracurricular experience is a plus

Degree in Business, IT, or a related field

English proficiency at IELTS 6.5 or equivalent — mandatory, as the team operates in a fully international environment

Strong English communication skills in both spoken and written form

Proactive, detail-oriented, and a fast learner

Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
