Operation Supervisor

·        Lead and manage the Operations Team for both sea freight and air freight import/export shipments.

·        Independently handle and oversee shipment operations, including pricing and quotation management, booking arrangements, documentation, customs coordination, cargo release, and operational issue resolution.

·        Coordinate effectively with customers, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, warehouses, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.

·        Analyze operational situations and identify potential risks proactively.

·        Organize and monitor shipment records, operational status, and internal reports systematically.

·        Ensure clear and accurate communication of management instructions to the operation team and provide proper guidance for execution.

·        Support and guide team members to improve operational quality and problem-solving capabilities.

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.

·        Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is highly preferred.

·        Strong knowledge of sea freight and air freight operations, documentation, customs coordination, and pricing.

·        Excellent communication and coordination skills.

·        Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

·        Fluent in English or Chinese, both written and spoken.

·        Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms is preferred.

·        Candidates familiar with Apple iOS/macOS working environments will be given priority consideration.

Salary

USD 800. Probation three months, salary in probation period is 85%.

(The adjustment will be based on the candidate’s capabilities.)
