Operational Accounting Team (Trưởng nhóm Kế toán Tổng hợp)

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee and review the work of accounting team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of account reconciliations, adhering to company standards.
• Post monthly journal entries, including payroll, accruals, and other key financial transactions.
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly profit and loss (P&L) reports to support business performance tracking.
• Manage shareholder information and handle the processing of dividend distributions.
• Supervise accounting operations for high-volume transactions, including inventory management, cost of goods sold (COGS), and sales revenue within the F&B industry.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for multiple outlets.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of operational accounting experience, ideally within the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel, with specific expertise in handling F&B financial operations, such as:
  • Inventory management accounting.
  • Cost control and reporting for F&B operations.
  • Knowledge of revenue tracking for multi-location outlets.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Leadership abilities with a focus on team management and meeting deadlines.

Technical Expertise for the F&B Industry:

• Experience with F&B-specific accounting software
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance related to the F&B industry, such as VAT, service charges, and payroll.
