Operational Excellence Assistant

- Responsible for activities which can improve process efficiencies, reduction of wastages and savings in operating cost.

- Understand the manufacturing process in depth and identify areas of improvement in:

+ Efficiency Improvement

+ Reduction in process / raw material losses

+ Reduction in Operating costs

+ Improvement in Product yields

+ Improvement in Safety standards by implementing SOP and OPL for all departments

- Analytical skills required to verify data and identifying the gaps for improvement

- Work on specific projects identified for capacity expansion or targeted improvements

- Improve environment aspect and environment impact assessment
- Join in respond of emergency case related to environment

- Bachelor's degree in industrial management, industrial system engineering, chemical technology, or food technology
- Good in English skill, Excel, Powerpoint,...
- Good teamwork and able to work under pressure.
