Operational Excellence Engineer (OPEX Engineer)/ CI Engineer

Operational Excellence Engineer is in charge of the execution of tasks and projects within the Operational Excellence program which coordinating Plant Development plans to support business goals and business strategy.

1.Execute tasks and projects within the Operational Excellence program which coordinates Plant Development plans to support business goals and business strategy.
2.Implements optimal Product Family definition, Value Stream Map, and Structured Activities to achieve the end-to-end improvement in entire Production System.
3.Drive factory-wide system integration and digital transformation initiatives to streamline end-to-end information flow, enhance process efficiency, and support operational excellence objectives
4.Supports the establishment and alignment on metrics measuring Plant Development for cross team to track and drive the goals.
5.Work with strong collaboration with global networks as well as local functions like Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering on the corporate Operational Excellence framework, practices, process and progression. Plays the lead role in the Operational Excellence Journey of local factory, supports functional teams to set, run, and achieve their excellence goals.

6.Apply industrial benchmark methodologies, advanced technologies and data analytics in identifying opportunities and driving operational improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or other related Engineering disciplines with equivalent years of directly related experiences.

At least 2 years of experience

-Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; MS Project is a plus)

-Experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Creo, Sketchup etc.) is must

-Simulation experience (FlexSim, Arena…) is an advantage

-Strong willingness to learn; proactive attitude; good teamwork skills

- Skills, understanding and knowledge in leading the implementation of Lean principles, Continuous Improvement and Plant Development initiatives.
- Familiar with in project/ program management in Operational Excellences, Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement.
- Familiar with Value Stream Mapping and Design. Ability to succeed in Process Analytics, Process-mining via leveraging Statistical and Simulation Software, and/or Minitab…
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Strategic thinkers.
- Good English skills in both written and verbal versions.
