Partnership & Business Development (Intern)

Role Objective

The Partnership Intern is a strategic scout tasked with identifying and building bridges between PPP Laser Clinic and elite lifestyle sectors. By operating at the intersection of Operations and Business Development, you will secure high-value alliances that drive new customer trials and enhance the brand’s presence in premium circles (Banking, Real Estate, Luxury Retail).

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Scouting

Research and identify high-net-worth (HNW) partners: Private Banks, Luxury Fashion, Premium Gyms, Golf Clubs, and elite Residential Developers.

Outreach & Negotiation

Facilitate initial connections and support the Director in negotiating exclusive "Co-Branded" privileges, VIP vouchers, and cross-marketing contracts.

Operational Execution

Coordinate the delivery of marketing materials (vouchers, brochures) to partners. Ensure that partnership terms are communicated clearly to our Front-of-House (Clinic) teams.

Event & Activation Support

Assist in organizing joint workshops, VIP "Open Days," or pop-up activations at partner locations to capture new customer leads.

Relationship Maintenance

Maintain a "Partner Database" and ensure consistent communication with active accounts to optimize referral performance.

Performance Reporting

Track and report the number of leads and revenue generated from each partnership source to the Operations Director.

3. REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

• Communication: Highly polished verbal and written skills; comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders from the luxury sector.
• Networking: A proactive "connector" mindset with an interest in business development and B2B sales.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a Hybrid environment—balancing remote research and outreach with in-person meetings or event support.
• Industry Interest: Passion for the premium aesthetic and wellness industry; ability to represent PPP's clinical authority and 10-year legacy.
• Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.
