Partnership Specialist

Planning
- Organize monthly meeting plan with Sponsors; Partners & Corporate clients
- Organize monthly Networking events for potential Corporate clients
- Monthly - Quarterly PNS allocation

Deployment
- Process deal with Corporate clients with Brands & Ope
- Manage all sponsorship packs & ensure delivery from Brands & Ope
- Manage communication of all stakeholders to ensure acknowledgement & delivery of benefit for
- Sponsors; Partners & Corporate clients
- Prepare quotations; proposals for Sponsors; Partners & Clients
- Tracking of PNS KPIs; progress & allocations
- Prepare Paperwork Related to partnership deals, collab, and exchange benefit,... with Ope team
- Manage relationships with partners to agreement of sponsorship, partnership, sign service contracts and/or exchange other benefits.
- Support maintaining relationships with current customers & partners
- Work with other departments (Operation, Procurement, Accounting,...) to ensure work progress & results

Report & Evaluation
- Conduct research and produce reports of market and partners market (dark market, fashion,lifestyle)
- Report and key learning after the event.
- Collect and synthesize information related to partners for development.

- University, college graduates in related fields. Major or qualification in hospitality, retail, fashion, trade is a plus 

- At least 02 years  of experience working in Marketing, Advertising, Events, Account/ Planning or Strategist in Agency,...

- Experience working in Hospitality, F&B or Nightlife industry is a plus

- Understanding of production process

- Inspection for details of productions
