JOB SUMMARY

The Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding partnerships across various sectors. This role will execute & perform the partnership projects, coordinate with hospitals and clinics under HMC, and work closely with internal teams to implement and optimize collaborative initiatives. Additionally, the role involves negotiating contracts, managing existing relationships, and analyzing partnership performance to drive growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify & Approach Partners:

• Identify and target potential partners across key sectors such as banking, insurance, finance, healthcare, retail.
• Build and develop relationships with prospective partners that align with HMC's strategic objectives.   

Maintain & Grow Partnerships:

• Maintain and nurture existing partnerships, focusing on insurance and financial services.
• Develop strategies to grow and enhance current partnerships to ensure long-term collaboration.

Coordinate Implementation of Projects:

• Lead the coordination of partnership projects from initiation to completion.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of cooperative programs across all 21 hospitals and clinics under HMC.

Analyze & Evaluate Opportunities:

• Continuously analyze market trends and evaluate new partnership opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations for potential collaborations that can drive business growth.

Negotiate & Sign Contracts:

• Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both HMC and its partners
• Manage the contract lifecycle, from drafting to signing, ensuring all parties are aligned with the terms and conditions.

• Bachelor's degree required, graduated in related majors in Marketing, Business Administration.
• 4+ years of experience in business development, marketing or partner management.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Negotiation, communication, analysis, and project management skills.
• Proficient in using office tools.
• Dynamic, proactive, strategic thinking.
