Pattern Developer

· Pattern need follow design specifications and developing samples from initial concept stage to base size approval.

· Work closely with sample machinist and technician to develop workable construction methods.

· Create product specifications and measurement charts.

· Organize and processing sample garments for fitting and sealing.

· Fit internally and externally with customers

· Measurement & inspection of seals.

· Check quality of samples/materials from concept samples through to finished production

· Compile detailed comments, note on the fit and workable suggestions for progressing garments through fit process.

· Able to work closely with the Designers & Technical Department to commercial excellence

· Ensure that a complete set of patterns, with grade applied, is completed pre sign off to send on to factories.

· Work closely with Design team

• At least 3 years' experience in the position.
• Knowledge of digital pattern making preferably on Gerber system.
• Spoken & written English or Chinese.
