The HR Executive is responsible for administering Compensation & Benefits, supporting recruitment, training, and HR operations to ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and ISO requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Administer monthly payroll with accurate calculation of salary, overtime, deductions, allowances and bonuses.
- Manage employee benefits programs in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations and internal C&B procedures.
- Process social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and personal income tax obligations.
- Maintain payroll data, benefits records and statutory reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Recruitment & Staffing
- Execute end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to validate manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Maintain recruitment records, talent pipelines and related reports.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs in accordance with internal standards.
- Track training effectiveness, collect feedback and maintain training documentation.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage employee contracts, renewals and terminations in compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support HR operations including employee relations and compliance activities.
- Assist in handling grievances, disciplinary actions and labor dispute procedures.
