Responsible for calculating production costs

• Phục trách  chuẩn bị, phân tích và giải thích báo cáo COGM (Cost of gross manufacturing) cho cấp trên.

Responsible for preparing, analyzing and explaining Cost of Gross Manufacturing   (COGM) reports to superiors.

• Phối hợp với bộ phận kế toán và các bộ phận liên quan trong quá trình làm việc để đảm bảo dữ liệu phân tích luôn luôn chính xác, đáng tin cậy và hoàn thành trong thời hạn được giao.

Collaborate with the accounting and other relevant departments throughout the work process to ensure that analytical data is always accurate, reliable, and completed within the given deadline.

• Giám sát kế hoạch sản xuất được thực hiện bởi cấp dưới để đảm bảo kế hoạch sản xuất đưa ra là tối ưu dựa trên năng lực sản xuất của nhà máy và các yếu tố đầu vào khác.

Monitoring production plans implemented by subordinates to ensure that the production plan is optimized based on the factory's production capacity and other input factors.

• Kiểm soát lượng sử dụng nguyên vật liệu và bán thành phẩm ở nhà máy. Kịp thời thông báo cho bộ phận sản xuất để phối hợp đưa ra biện pháp kiểm soát khi lượng tiêu thụ vượt quá tiêu chuẩn.

Control the use of raw materials and semi-finished products in the factory. Promptly notify the production department to coordinate and implement control measures when consumption exceeds standards.

• Quản lý, giám sát hoạt động kho vận. Phân bổ nguồn lực phù hợp để đảm bảo quá trình xuất nhập, vận chuyển nguyên liệu, bán thành phẩm và thành phẩm được diễn ra một cách trôi chảy.

Manage and supervise warehousing operations. Allocate resources appropriately to ensure the smooth import, export, and transportation of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.

• Kiểm soát toàn bộ tồn kho của nhà máy bao gồm nguyên liệu, bán thành phẩm, thành phẩm. Đảm bảo tồn kho đầy đủ cho quá trình sản xuất cũng như xuất bán.

Control the entire factory inventory, including raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products. Ensure sufficient inventory for both production and sales.

• Phối hợp với bộ phận kế toán và sản xuất để thực hiện việc kiểm kê tồn kho hàng tháng trong nội bộ công ty cũng như với kiểm toán bên ngoài diễn ra theo đúng kế hoạch. Chịu trách nhiệm giải thích cho những khác biết giữa hệ thống và thực tế.

Collaborate with the accounting and production departments to conduct monthly internal inventory checks and external audits as planned. Responsible for explaining any discrepancies between system and actual inventory.

• Kiểm soát dữ liệu trên hệ thống ERP được nhập từ cấp dưới luôn chính xác và kịp thời.

Data entered into the ERP system from your staff is always controlled to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Quản lý, sắp xếp, xây dựng và đào tạo nhân sự cho bộ phận quản lý sản xuất.

Manage, organize, build, and train personnel for the production control department.

• Quản lý và lưu trữ giấy tờ tài liệu, form mẫu của bộ phận phù hợp với các tiêu chuẩn của công ty.

Manage and store departmental documents, forms, and templates in accordance with company standards.

• Tuân thủ các nội qui, chính sách của ban giám đốc, công ty.

Comply with the rules and policies of the board of directors and the company.

• Phối hợp và tạo điều kiện cho công tác thanh tra về  ISO, FSSC, các cuộc thanh tra nội bộ cũng như từ bên ngoài.

Coordinate and facilitate inspection on ISO, FSSC, Internal and external audits.

• Tham gia công tác kiểm tra ATLĐ như phòng cháy chữa cháy, đào tạo kĩ năng sơ cấp cứu, hệ thống điện ...

Participating in OSH inspection such as fire prevention, training in first aid skills, electrical systems...

• Tham gia góp ý cải tiến cho hệ thống ATLĐ.

Participate in improvements to the OSH system.

• Thực hiện các yêu cầu khác từ cấp trên trực tiếp.

Carry out other requests from direct superiors.

• Trình độ:                        Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành kế toán, kiểm toán hoặc các chuyên nghành có liên quan.

Qualification:                 Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, auditing, or related fields.

• Kinh nghiệm làm việc:   có kinh nghiệm và chuyên môn chuyên sâu về phân tích tài chính, phân tích chi phí sản xuất.

Working experience:      Have extensive experience and expertise in financial analysis and production cost analysis.

• Ngoại ngữ :                    Giao tiếp tốt Tiếng Anh/ Tiếng Nhật

Foreign language:          English/Japanese – Good level

• Tin học :                         Vi tính văn phòng, ERP system, Phần mềm kế toán

Informatics:                   MS Office , ERP system, Accounting software

• Kỹ năng mềm:               Kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu, làm báo cáo, lãnh đạo quản lý đội nhóm, quản lý dự án.

Soft skills:                       Skills in data analysis, making reports, team leadership and management,  project management.
