More than just a Talent Acquisition role

If you're passionate about recruitment and aspire to become an HR Business Partner (HRBP), this opportunity is designed for you.

We are looking for a People & Talent Acquisition Executive with a growth mindset and strong business acumen to join our HR team. Beyond driving end-to-end recruitment, you will gain hands-on exposure to core HRBP functions, including organizational development, performance management, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives.

This role is part of our HRBP Talent Pipeline, providing a clear development pathway toward becoming a future HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various recruitment channels.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience while ensuring timely and high-quality hiring.

2. Recruitment Analytics & Process Improvement

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Recommend and implement initiatives to enhance recruitment quality and operational efficiency.

3. HR Business Partner Exposure

  • Support HR Business Partners in delivering people solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with line managers to understand workforce needs and provide HR support.
  • Develop business partnering capabilities through participation in strategic HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.

4. Employer Branding

  • Support the planning and execution of Employer Branding initiatives across online and offline channels.
  • Coordinate recruitment marketing campaigns, career fairs, university partnerships, and talent engagement activities.
  • Strengthen the company's employer brand to attract top talent.

5. Learning & Organization Development

  • Assist in designing and implementing onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Support learning and development initiatives, employee capability building, and organizational development projects.
  • Contribute to fostering a continuous learning culture across the organization.

6. Performance & Talent Management

  • Support the implementation of Performance Management processes and annual performance review cycles.
  • Participate in talent assessment, succession planning, and employee development programs.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance organizational capability and leadership pipeline.

7. HR Analytics & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Prepare HR and recruitment reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze workforce data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with business units and cross-functional teams to ensure effective HR service delivery.

Skills

  • End-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
  • CV screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of Employer Branding, Candidate Experience, Performance Management (KPI/OKR), and HRBP practices.
  • Familiarity with Vietnamese Labor Law related to recruitment.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing/Export businesses, Organization Development (OD), or Talent Management is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience.
  • Experience hiring across corporate, sales, and manufacturing roles is preferred.
  • Experience in companies with 300+ employees and using HRIS/ATS is an advantage.
  • Exposure to Employer Branding or HR projects is preferred.
  • Strong aspiration to develop into an HR Business Partner (HRBP).
