Upgrade current programs with Project-based-learning activities (PBL) and AI integration.

Promote the iSMART’s most renowned English competition - English Champion Tournament and ensure a high level of participation by the students of all areas.
Statistically measure the impacts of iSMART programs on a student's command of English.
F. Digital transformation:
Do research on and propose new science-based teaching methodologies suitable for new class models (digital class).
A. Qualifications and skills:
Having a Master’s degree in Education, TESOL, or Applied Linguistics is preferred;
Candidates having a Pedagogical Certificate are preferred;
Having good knowledge of language teaching and learning theories and their practical application in materials and resources development;
Having good communicative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
B. Experiences:
