Lead and supervise engineering/manufacturing staff to achieve departmental objectives.

Set up production lines, equipment, software, and manufacturing processes.

Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve quality and production issues.

Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards.

Drive continuous improvement, automation, and productivity enhancement initiatives.

Control departmental budgets and operating costs.
Quản lý ngân sách và chi phí vận hành của bộ phận.
Develop, coach, and mentor team members.
Đào tạo, hướng dẫn và phát triển nhân viên.
Liaise with equipment vendors for technical support, procurement, installation, and maintenance.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Good communication skills in English and/or Japanese (TOEIC 650+, JLPT N3+ preferred).
Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh và/hoặc tiếng Nhật (ưu tiên TOEIC 650+, JLPT N3+).
At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Production Engineering and 2 years in a leadership role.
Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm về Kỹ thuật sản xuất và 2 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý nhóm.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation systems, ISO, QMS, and EMS.
Am hiểu quy trình sản xuất, hệ thống tự động hóa, ISO, QMS và EMS.
Experience in production line setup, equipment management, and supplier coordination is an advantage.
Có kinh nghiệm thiết lập dây chuyền sản xuất, quản lý thiết bị và làm việc với nhà cung cấp là một lợi thế.
