The main tasks and responsibilities include but not limit to:

• Support for Head of NBU to monitor Operations of NBU to ensure a high accuracy, risk control and service quality.
• Organize and assign work among staff effectively.
• Support, train, coach new staff and current staff on Operations.
• Underwrite complicated cases within own limit of responsibility.
• Support and updated forms, format, materials, processes, procedures for NBU Deparment.
• Give instructions and implement double check/ cross check of insurance documents for underwriting and give proper solutions for gaps.
• Consult and suggest solutions to develop and enhance efficiency of Operations.
• Training in operation procedures to sale team.

• University degree and above
• +5 years of experienced in new business, system development and projects,
• Experienced in Underwriting, evaluating and classify insurance risks of applicants
• Good at management and operation
