Planner (Long An)

Who We Are:

• We are a Canadian-owned global homeware design and manufacturing company with operations in China, Hong Kong, Canada, USA, South America and Europe. We have an international team of in-house designers and a global network, with our products available in over 120 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Issue working order in time for production according to production plan and material status;
• Timely follow up the production to make sure the on-schedule production and escalate any delay to management; Assist on solving problems;
• Check daily working hours and closely follow up material status as well as abnormal production and assist on the problem solving with relevant parties;
• Effectively communicate with warehouse, Production lines and shipping to ensure on-time shipping

• Vocational or high school educated
• Sensitive to figures, detail-oriented, strong sense of commitment
• Basic English: can read Email and operate on SAP in English version; 
• Speaking Chinese is a strong asset for this job 
• Literate with Microsoft office, e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook
• Good communication and team player
