Planner/ Planning Staff

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the monthly and master production schedule by updating manufacturing detail i.e Job progress, WIP and output tracking, materials issues, machine loading in daily/ weekly/ monthly basis and justify capacity & productivity for optimizing production plan.
• Work closely with the Production team to achieve planned quantity and meet customer’s delivery date (OTD)
• Work closely with the Purchasing team to ensure sufficient materials to support the production
• Follow closely Engineering Chang Notice (ECN), Bill of Materials (BOM), and New Production Introduction (NPI)
• Commit product delivery to Sales or Customer Service to meet OTD, and provide advanced notice in case an order will be delayed
• Monitor Epicor system and ensure MES data collection is done by operation team

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year of working experience in related field and manufacturing environment
• Analytical skills and understanding of ERP system
• Strong work ethics and ability to work under tight schedules and work under pressure
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good communication skills and fluent in English
