Planning Intern (Good at excell)

Authority &Responsibility

• Manage spare part of production machine and facility including non-stock parts and stock parts
• Control about zero stock
• Raise PR to buy spare part for machine and for factory equipment.
• Work with Purchasing and Warehouse to regulate spare parts
• Report and analyse about using of spare parts to manager team.
• Check import spare parts.
• Update, revise any information relative to spare part.
• Input and reconcile data to system
• Responsibility in 5s of department such as define standardize, the way to implement at maintenance…
• To control PM plan with maintenance supervisor, PM technician and production planner.
• To make training plan and skillmap for technician (multi-skill)
• Introduce and guidance every procduce in deparment to every member in team.
• Control attendant of team.

• Experience with warehouse and maintenance plan
• High responsibility, hardworking, eager to learn and good personality
• Office computer work
• Communication English
• Well-organised and good work planning
• Excellent in using of excel
• Required Qualifications: University graduate
