1. Production Planning:
- Analyze customer orders, demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
- Develop daily/weekly/monthly production plans to ensure on-time delivery.
- Adjust and reschedule plans when there are customer or production changes.
2. Material Coordination:
- Monitor stock levels and calculate material requirements.
- Work with Purchasing to ensure timely material supply.
- Resolve issues related to shortages or excess inventory.
3. Production Control:
- Track actual production progress against the plan.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams to solve problems.
- Provide updates and report to management/customers.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Sales/Customer Service.
- Ensure on-time delivery and optimize cost & efficiency.
